You can make a payment on a policy that doesn’t have an account number or was canceled through our banking system, Biller Direct. You will still need to know your policy number to make a payment.

You can access your billing statements, as well as policy details in the Berkley Agribusiness Partner Portal, that is available to our active agents and insureds. You can access the Partner Portal here: partnerportal.berkleyag.com

We offer a variety of payment schedules to fit your budget:

• Full Pay: One payment, 100% of amount due on the effective date. No additional payments.

   

• Two Pay: Two equal payments on months 1 & 5.50% of amount due on the effective date (month 1). Remining 50% made in month 5.

   

• Four Pay: Four equal payments on months 1, 3, 6 & 9. 25% of amount due on the effective date (month 1). Remaining 75% of balance paid in months 3, 6 & 9.

   

• Monthly Pay: 20% down on the effective date (month 1). Remaining balance paid in equal payments for the following 10 months.

You can make a payment by calling our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) line and following the automated prompts. This method is only available for policies that have already been billed. The IVR will only reflect amounts due that have been billed within the last 30 days.

• Your account number (located on your billing statement)
• Billing zip code, (located on the billing statement)
• Have payment method ready
  • For EFT: Have bank routing and account numbers
  • For credit card: Have card number, expiration date and CVV security code
